Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; before withdrawing, a wager of ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be completed.
4.2 General Bonus Rules
- If wagering is not completed before a specific bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
- A bonus applies to one account per real person only — claiming a bonus on multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
- eg333 win may set a maximum bet and eligible game categories when playing with bonus funds.
- Bonus funds are not cash; they cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering conditions are met.
- eg333 win reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
4.3 VIP Cashback
VIP members receive cashback on their weekly net losses. Across five tiers from Bronze to Diamond, the cashback rate ranges from 0.2% to 1.0%. The cashback rate set for each tier is the maximum limit. Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week can receive a maximum of ৳120 in cashback.
Gameplay Rules
5.1 Fair Play
The outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. The result of a confirmed bet cannot be challenged; however, in the event of a technical error, eg333 win may cancel the round and return the staked amount.
5.2 Technical Errors
eg333 win will not be liable for losses caused by server outages, internet disconnections, or third-party software issues. In such situations, please contact the support team.
5.3 Betting Limits
